MHMH PDX: Legend of the Strong Black Woman

Our Guest Speaker: Javelin Hardy MSW-RSW

This year’s theme is centered around mental health and healing. We are excited to have Javelin Hardy – MSW, RSW as our Guest Speaker. Javelin is a Reiki  & Sound Therapy Practitioner, with her I & II certification. Javelin’s focus is now on healing the body that has experienced trauma and uses the techniques of Reiki to unblock and balance the areas in your body that need healing. Javelin loves hosting trauma healing workshops and providing presentations on wellness and healing.

We are thrilled to have this powerhouse in the Portland community share her experience and expertise with us and we hope you will too. The event will be filled with community, well-being, good food, and great conversation. Together we can heal and lift each other up!

Tickets to the event are on a sliding scale of $5-$20. The proceeds from the day will go toward the events and activities that MHMH PDX puts on throughout the year. Places are limited, so please click the button below to buy your ticket and secure your spot!
